A major foundation repair significantly lengthened the lifespan of this beautiful home. This essential, but hidden work, will upgrade a home for many years through new perimeter drainage and waterproofing, new foundations and modifications to the building envelope. The front entrance was re-designed with stamped concrete stairs, a custom wood cover with inset lighting, and the addition of more parking spaces.
